Results achieved in 2015, new strategies and objectives for the powder coating national market and an overview of Arsonsisi Technological Coatings’ new business.
Held on 11th and 12th May in Verbania, the usual annual meeting of Arsonsisi’s sales force, dedicated to the powder coating national market, concluded recently.
An opportunity to analyze the results achieved by the company in 2015, a year particularly rich in new developments in Arsonsisi.

The powder coating business unit has seen new organizational changes aimed at the progressive performance improvement of all processes, both in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the requirements of all customers with well-honed quality and service.
The responsibility for Quality Control has gone to Technical Management, in order to increase the relation between the R&D Lab and the production result, so as to improve quality even further.
New figures have been introduced with functions wholly dedicated to the Verbania site: the Process Manager, to optimize industrialization activities and production processes in general; the Maintenance Manager, to perfect the reliability and efficiency of production processes; while the Quality, Safety and Environment function has been strengthened with the introduction of a resource on site.
Acquired in 1987 just as a powder company, over the years Arsonsisi has differentiated its business moving into the liquid paint and electrodeposition market, to become today a company capable of supplying painting products for all painting cycles in all industrial sectors.

On this voyage, 2015 has been a significant year for the development of the Arsonsisi liquid division, thanks to the acquisition of the Tecnocolor Industria Vernici e Smalti S.r.l.’s special paint business and Beckers Industrial Coatings’ exclusive know-how license in the sector of liquid paints for tanks, LPG cylinders, drums and pipes.
To make the powder coating sales force more aware about the Group potential and the possible cooperation among business units, a part of the meeting was devoted to the presentation of the new Specialty Coatings for plastic, metals and various special bases, and of the liquid paints for Automotive OEMs and General Industry.

Dr. James Junghanns stressed also the importance of the sales force and the front line role of agents on the area, who know and immediately realize what is happening in the market and must convey their impressions and proposals to Management that, in turn, undertakes to support them.
In fact, the meeting was an opportunity to compare and share ideas with those who live the market day after day, to reach the ambitious growth targets set for the next two years.

After the contribution of the Administration colleagues on the documentation required to monitor customer management and credits, Cristoforo Brendas, Powder Coating Manager — Italy, analyzed last year’s results and introduced the new agents and co-operators that will reinforce Arsonsisi’s powder business in Italy.
The marketing initiatives designed to help the sales force and the e-commerce portal are continuing, providing a revised discount scale on the contract and new seasonal promotions.
Cristoforo Brendas concluded reminding that customers, service and quality are always the focus of activities and invited co-operators to reaffirm Arsonsisi’s presence on the industrial coating market as an important player.

During the two work days, there were plenty of opportunities to mix and come to know the participants.
The enthusiasm and team spirit beat even the rain that did not discourage the powder coating team to venture into the Isola dei Pescatori to spend a good evening all together!
