Cookie Policy

USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are text files that each website sends to those who access the website. They are retransmitted from the user’s computer to the website the next time the user visits it.

TECHNICAL COOKIES

The ARSONSISI S.p.A. website uses technical cookies to allow the safe, quick and efficient exploration of the website and provide users with the requested services. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of such cookies.

TECHNICAL SESSION COOKIES

The Company’s website uses session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed). They are limited to the transmission of session identifiers required to allow safe and efficient exploration by the user.

The session cookies used avoid the use of other computer technologies that might potentially compromise confidentiality when users are browsing. They do not allow the acquisition of personal data that identify the user and therefore do not require the user’s consent.

ANALYTICAL COOKIES

As is the case with most websites, the website collects information related to user browsing (e.g. geographical location of the Internet access provider, type of browser used, IP address, pages visited on the website, number of users, etc.) exclusively for statistical purposes, without being able to identify individual users.

The data that can be obtained from these cookies are managed by the Company, as the website manager, exclusively for statistical purposes, for processing reports on the use of the website, for improving website content and making it easier to use.

PROFILING COOKIES

The website does not use profiling cookies, i.e. cookies aimed at creating user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed when browsing the website, or for transmitting information of a personal nature, nor does it use any type of the so-called persistent cookies, i.e. systems for tracing users.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

The companies that send content to the Company website and those that can be reached through links from the website pages (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, etc.) may choose to use cookies, also persistent ones, on users’ computers. These are intended to store the user’s browsing data, from the moment the user clicks the relevant link.

In this case, the use of cookies is beyond the Company’s control. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can also reject them completely, or selectively accept only a few, by changing your browser’s security settings (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari Opera, etc.).

Each browser has different procedures for managing settings. If you do not allow the loading of cookies, some parts of the website may be unavailable and some pages may be incomplete.
